• Planned development includes approximately 897which include 117 affordable housing units on 1,063 acres which is a reduction of more than 50% in the number of homes previously proposed.

• Overall density is proposed at less than one home per acre. Higher density is clustered towards the center of the community near golf and the Village Center with the largest lots positioned closer to the perimeter to provide a transition into adjacent neighborhoods and agricultural lands.

• Plans call for preserving the natural amenities by maintaining the riparian corridors in permanent open space in conjunction with the existing golf course. Type of homes will include a moderate level of affordable housing, some multi-family units, duplexes, single-family, and custom homes

• Homes are estimated to range from $175,000 to $600,000+.
