Mountain Springs is a well planned, environmentally sound community surrounding the existing Mountain Springs Golf Course. The Mountain Springs Community is ideally located just two miles from the commercial and medical services of Sonora. We listened to the citizens of Tuolumne County about maintaining the quality of life we all enjoy. Based on public input, the Mountain Springs Community has been carefully redesigned to provide many new features and benefits. We have significantly reduced the number of homes and added new areas of public recreation. We have also included permanent open space to buffer adjoining land owners and protect the natural wildlife habitat. The Mountain Springs Community will provide many recreational amenities with a blend of housing. The community will include affordable homes, multi and single family housing, on-site shopping, professional offices and lodging, and improve the County services to the entire area.
